LIS 724 Pathfinder Reflection

This assignment is something that is quite possibly the most valuable to me so far. I have definitely learned something new from all previous assignments, but this is one is different because I made it very personal and with my own interest in mind. It is one of those assignments that will be revisited and used several times throughout the future. For this assignment, I decided to put together a curated list of story time blogs. I chose blogs because blogs tend to be continuously updated, as opposed to articles. As someone who wants to work in youth services, I think I will be heavily involved in story time. Actually, I know I will be because I very much enjoy working with small children and story time is something in librarianship I really want to do. Finding resources for this activity is not difficult per se, but it can be overwhelming because there are surprisingly so many blogs out there created by story time librarians! I searched through so many different blogs and narrowed it down to my top 10. In the future, I will be able to go to this pathfinder with the knowledge that these were in my top 10. I hope that this creation will not only be useful to me, but useful to other students in the class as well and maybe even other people. I left it public for anyone to use.
